Vascular Surgery
Associate Professor of Surgery and Radiology

Board Certification:
Vascular Surgery--Certified
General Surgery--Certified

Areas of Specialty and Clinical Interest:
Dr. Geraghty specializes in endovascular and vascular surgery. His areas of clinical interest include endovascular (minimally invasive) treatment of aortic aneurysms, aortoiliac occlusive disease, renovascular disease, carotid artery stenosis, lower extremity vascular disease and varicose veins. In addition, he performs open surgical treatment for vascular diseases and hemodialysis access.

Dr. Geraghty serves as national or local principal investigator for a number of clinical trials of endovascular intervention, including the VIBRANT trial (percutaneous treatment of leg artery blockages for claudication) and the VIVA-1: XCELL Trial (percutaneous treatment of leg artery blockages for critical limb ischemia).
